Therapy based services including the use of equine movement as a tool to improve balance, strength, endurance, cognition, sensory processing, and social skills for people with disabilities. Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy will be discussed as well as Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Equine Assisted Learning. Research efforts at the Temple Grandin Equine Center regarding the use of equines vs a clinical setting to improve self- regulation will also be presented.
