To increase the number of students who can pass a year of Algebra I, VEC EDU has developed a hands-on version of affective symmetry gauging (ASG) response, a visualization game Matrix© (Ferg, 2022). The design of the game reveals physiological components of the ASG response by participants through an order of procedure. The start is an emotional decision of acknowledging, by a game spinner, one emotion from five feelings, an emotional decision by each player as the first action before moving the colorful magnetic buttons. The game is played with 3 to 6 students who simultaneously learn algebraic curriculum via emotional communication. The game procedure reveals the visuospatial sequential working memory (VSWM). VSWM is currently defined as cortical processes: transitions and timing knowledge, chunking, ordinal knowledge, geometric, algebraic patterns and nested tree structures. VSWM improvement is projected as an extension of the ASG as demonstrated by VSWM exclusively in humans.
